"I purchased my property at Hope Island in June 2003 with the intention of using it for holidays and renting it out for the rest of the year. I have had considerable experience with rental properties with various agents over the years and I appointed Hope Island Resort Realty Property management to look after it for me. For the period of time and it is since 2003 I have been delighted with the service provided the like of which I have never experienced before. Sophie Demortiere is the person responsible for the management of the property and she has done a superb job in fulfilling my wishes. Every time I come to Hope Island I meet with the team and discuss the unit and if anything needs attention Sophie will mention it and I will action it as she knows her job and the standard required for the guests. If there are any matters that need dealing with and I am back in Melbourne Sophie is on to me immediately as she knows I want to have my property well maintained not only for guests but in my own interests. This is service for all concerned. There have been occasions when a quick call or email have been necessary from me regarding an issue and the situation is dealt with there and then. If Sophie is not available a message will be left for her and she gets back immediately as she values not only the guests but my investment which she manages. Overall Sophie is a person who is proactive and that is more than appreciated and something that is all too rare. Some of the guests are well known to me and they all speak very highly of the welcome they receive and the excellent and courteous service provided should there be a need when in residence.
