- Links Hope Island Golf Course

- After fifteen years as a renowned resort course, the next chapter of Hope Island Golf has arrived. Managed by Troon Golf, Links Hope Island is now becoming a private facility with Equity Members. The club is currently in the exciting and early stages of this transitional period. Limited public access is still available, and to gain access to Links Hope Island Golf Course visitors should contact the club well in advance to secure a booking.
Since opening its doors in 1993 the club has been consistently ranked in Australia's top ten resort courses. Host to the 1997 Johnnie Walker Classic and The Qantas Legends Golf Classic each year, the course is both nationally and internationally renowned.
Set in a 360 ha residential resort community, the par 72 course measure approximately 6,500 metres off the championship tees. Designed by five times British Open winner Peter Thomson and design partner Mike Wolveridge, the course was initially carved out of a dairy farm, with the layout following the natural contours of the land.

- Residential Tenancies Authority

- The Residential Tenancies Authority was established under the Residential Tenancies Act 1994 (the Act) and is responsible to the Minister for Public Works, Housing and Information and Communication Technology.
It is a self-funding statutory authority, operating on income generated from interest earned on the bonds it holds as custodian.
The Act applies to people renting flats, houses, caravans, units, townhouses, manufactured homes and houseboats in private, public and community-managed rental accommodation.
The RTA also administers the Residential Services (Accommodation) Act 2002, which looks after the rights and responsibilities for residents and service providers of supported accommodation such as hostels, aged care rentals and boarding houses.
