- Hope Island Resort Golf Club
- The golf course at Hope Island Resort is an 18 holes traditional "links" style championship course designed by five times British Open champion Peter Thomson and the team at Thomson, Wolveridge and Perrett. The course has been given a course rating of 74 by the AGU.
This is golf in the great tradition. With challenges at every turn. An unhurried, informal atmosphere, designed with the golfer in mind.
At the heart of the resort is the magnificent Mediterranean styled Hope Island Golf Club which is also the residence of the resort's "Spike's Café & Bar".

- Residential Tenancies Authority
- The Residential Tenancies Authority was established under the Residential Tenancies Act 1994 (the Act) and is responsible to the Minister for Public Works, Housing and Information and Communication Technology.
It is a self-funding statutory authority, operating on income generated from interest earned on the bonds it holds as custodian.
The Act applies to people renting flats, houses, caravans, units, townhouses, manufactured homes and houseboats in private, public and community-managed rental accommodation.
The RTA also administers the Residential Services (Accommodation) Act 2002, which looks after the rights and responsibilities for residents and service providers of supported accommodation such as hostels, aged care rentals and boarding houses.
