Hope Island Resort Realty (HIRR) was established in 2003 by the developers of Hope Island Resort, to provide a service to residents of Hope Island and the surrounding areas.

The office grew at an exceptional rate, and in 2004 relocated to the current high profile location at 'The Place' on Hope Island Road, the gateway to Hope Island.  Our office is highly recognisable thanks to our extensive window displays, showcasing properties from Hope Island Resort, Hope Island, River Links, Oyster Cove, Sanctuary Cove, Monterey Keys, Helensvale and Coomera in addition to several other suburbs on the Gold Coast's prestigious north shore region.

HIRR has established a reputation as a professional, local real estate agent that achieves results by providing high quality and reliable service for clients on both sides of the transaction: vendors and purchasers of property; or landlords and tenants of investment properties.

In September 2009, Hope Island Resort Realty was purchased by local Hope Island resident, Craig Pickering and business partner, Peter Mandile.

Peter, originally from Sydney, relocated with his family from Sydney to the Gold Coast in 2010. Peter has had a significant influence on the operations and day to day running of Hope Island Resort Realty, due to his substantial experience in real estate and property, an industry in which Peter has been involved for over 25 years.

Both Craig and Peter's wives (Tricia and Julie) work in the business and offer insights into living in Hope Island Gold Coast Australia on their own informational website.
