"Good Morning Barbara,

Firstly, want to sincerely thank you for the valuable time you gave me on Friday. You have absolutely no idea how much better I felt after chatting with you and how much you eased my mind about being “homeless”. So, I said to my husband when I got back last night, thank God for Barbara. I was feeling really low before I walked into your office but walked out feeling very confident that we will have a house to rent and I also told him that you will get our business when we buy in about six months’ time. So, a very big thank you for all you did, you have no idea how much I appreciated it. In fact, I think you should get that big pay rise!!!!

Secondly, one of the brochures I took from your office had a villa for lease in Palladian (I think it had Jason’s name on it and it is a villa that Jason was telling Simon about – I am sure it was the same villa as in the brochure) that Ray and I would be very interested in leasing. Can I please ask you to check on it for me and let me know? It has a lovely backyard for our “blind” dog as I call her and I would like to know if the yard belongs to the downstairs villa only – I would not be interested in sharing a yard for obvious reasons.

Also, can you please let me know if those two places for sale in Palladian (the one Jason showed Simon which I absolutely love and would grab and that one you showed me which was sort of on a corner) are going to be leased if they do not sell?
